Founded by Sarah Howorth, DOMP, and Charmian Galer, DOMP, RMT , Priority One Osteopathy & Wellness began with a shared passion for holistic health and personalized care. Both Sarah and Charm bring years of experience and a deep commitment to improving the lives of their clients.
From their backgrounds in osteopathy and massage therapy , they’ve cultivated a practice that emphasizes listening to clients, understanding their needs, and creating customized treatment plans that deliver results. Their goal is to provide every client with the tools and support needed to achieve lasting wellness.
