Cancellation Policy
At Priority One Osteo & Wellness, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.
If you need to make a change to your booking, please contact your practitioner or the clinic directly.
