She builds goal-oriented treatment plans using laser therapy, micro point stimulation (MPS), taping, the Graston Technique and exercise therapy. If you’re coming back from an injury or training for something specific, tell her the goal at the start and she’ll plan around it.
Claire works alongside the rest of the Priority One team, so a plan can include osteopathy or chiropractic care when it makes sense.
