Danielle Pomeroy, MSW, RSW is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 24 years of clinical experience, including working on the front lines. Danielle supports people navigating life challenges, academic pressures, confidence, stress, relationships & career related difficulties. One of Danielle’s passions is working with trauma exposed professionals (TExP), including first responders, frontline workers, and teachers. Danielle recognizes how life experiences, cumulative stress, and work related demands can shape wellbeing and relationships. Danielle’s approach is informed by nervous system aware and trauma informed care, recognizing that stress, trauma, and life experiences are not only processed cognitively, but are also held within the body and shape how we think, feel, and relate to the world
