Been having chronic hip, lower back and mid back tightness and pain for years as an athlete. It hasn’t been resolved by any other Osteopath, Chiropractor, Fascial Stretch Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Registered Massage Therapist. Sarah takes the time to understand your issues, understand the history/mechanism of injury and comes up with a plan to attack the problem at the root to resolve not just symptoms but root cause.
